"America and Israel: A Troubling Alliance???"

Questions and Answers are cited below as "Q" and "A"

1. Q: America and Israel: A Troubling Alliance? Who says so?

A: Council for the National Interest, a group of so-called "American conservatives" exemplified by a quotation from Pat Buchanan:

"Terrorism has been described as waging war on innocents to break their political leaders. Is that not a fair description of what we are doing to the Palestinians?"

See annexed ad that appeared in the Sunday, July 2, 2006 New York Times: "America and Israel: A Troubling Alliance."

2. Q: Are there other anti-Israel attackers?

A: Yes. See attached article in July/August 2006 Foreign Policy Magazine, p. 58: "The War Over Israel's Influence" -a Foreign Policy (FP) roundtable discussion of political scientists John J. Mearsheimer and Stephen M. Walt's article published in March of this year in the London Review of Books titled: "The Israel Lobby."

"We" [referring to the anti-Israel influence attackers] "also traced the lobby's impact on recent U.S. policies, including the March 2003 invasion of Iraq. Neoconservatives inside and outside the Bush administration, as well as leaders of a number of prominent pro-Israel organizations, played key roles in making the case for war. We believe the United States would not have attacked Iraq without their efforts. That said, these groups and individuals did not operate in a vacuum, and they did not lead the country to war by themselves. For instance, the war would probably not have occurred absent the September 11, 2001, terrorists attacks, which helped convince President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney to support it."

3. Q: Does the foregoing make sense?

A: Fair observers will think that it does not. The facts on the attack of the Twin Towers and the Bush administration's decision to make war on Iraq were not and are not policy led by Israel.

The foregoing FP roundtable attempt to place Israel in the position of impelling or influencing the attack on Iraq is a gross indication of how intentionally misleading this attack on Israel-U.S. relation is.

4. Q: Who are the so-called "Palestinians" for whose interest such as Pat Buchanan and others purport to speak?

A: They are haters of Israel who around 1980 adopted the "Martyr's Oath" calling for the death of Israel.

5. Q: Is not Israel the land stated in the Bible over 600 times as the "Land of Israel?"

Is not Israel the land described by the non-Jewish author, Thomas Cahill in his book "The Gifts of the Jews"?

Are not the Jews a major component in every field, including medicine, science, literature, etc., comprising a significant portion of the recipients of Nobel Awards?

Does not the Jewish leadership seek only the benefits to mankind, with utter disregard for such spokesmen of hate as Patrick Buchanan?

A: Yes.

6. Q: Why would any well-meaning American or other national want to destroy mankind's foremost givers of human culture and productivity?

A: There is no bona fide answer excepting the fact that the partakers in such beliefs are anti-Semites.

7. Q: Who are they?

A: Haters of Jews for the very reason that the Jews are foremost gifters to culture.
