1. Q: Why the subject?
A: Because it is a basic supplement to what Plain Talk listed previously as man's top problems requiring solutions.
2. Q: How does what I have in hand, supplement what the was published before as man's top problems?
A: The answer is in the following documents annexed in copy.
(1) Letter of April 19, 2006 from "Medical Books of China" to Leonard Horwin as "Mr. Public Citizen."
(2) Chinese "Bid to modernize herbal medicines," by Wu Chong.
(3) "We're grateful for China's help: Jews," by Zhu Zho. The article is self-explanatory explaining why the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) is a vital annex to the subject matter.
3. Q: How does the foregoing relate to China's basic policies?
A: As appears from the "Bid to modernize urban herbal medicines, "the project marks a significant watershed for China's 'diplomacy for science.' As stated by President Hu Jintao:
"China has always been active in joining in various international major science projects, but has never put forward one of its own initiatives. Traditional will be our first breakthrough point," Jin said.
4. Q: Why the importance of the subject matter?
A: President Jintao says:
"China and the United States have seen a robust partnership in clean and environmentally -friendly energy development in recent years, which will surely continue in the future," he said.
