1. Q: Why do I choose this title?

A: Because real human progress is dependent on it.

2. Q: Why do I say this?

A: Because the facts and the news behind it are rife worldwide with incivility instead of civility.

3. Q: To what am I referring?

A: Because it is a blatant fact of current life. Incivility, indeed violence is glaringly spread among us.

4. Q: Why do you say this?

A: To that blatant fact of life that uncivil direction of violence is glaringly before us.

5. Q: Why do you say this?

A: Because everyday and nights yield overwhelming threat of murder and torture and cheating in mankind.

6. Q: How should we demonstrate the importance of what is said above?

A: The best would be by constant awareness of the outstanding and indispensable importance of civility toward our fellow man and mankind.
