Biography of Leonard HorwinLeonard Horwin, was born in Chicago 1913, graduated UCLA with honors 1933 and Yale University Law School 1936 cum laude, top man of his class and Editor-in-Chief Yale Law Journal, began practicing in Southern California the same year, taught law, was Pro-Tem Superior Court Judge. He is a former counsel U.S. Board of Economic Warfare, member U.S. War Production Board Program Adjustment Committee (1942-43), former U.S. diplomat, attache, legal advisor U.S. Embassy, Madrid, Spain (1943-47), former U.S. representative Allied Control Council for Germany (1945-47), former Beverly Hills Councilman and Mayor (1962-66), author and publisher "Insight and Foresight" (Dawn Publications Ltd., Quebec, Canada), "Plain Talk" 1931--. |
