History of Plain Talk

Plain Talk has existed under various titles since March 1931 , always to state plainly for world observers, activists and leaders top problems requiring top solution, and recommending the solution.

More recently Mr.Horwin has written a prolific amount of new Plain Talks in the wake of the 9/11 disaster in support of freedom.

Biography of Leonard Horwin

Leonard Horwin, was born in Chicago 1913, graduated UCLA with honors 1933 and Yale University Law School 1936 cum laude, top man of his class and Editor-in-Chief Yale Law Journal, began practicing in Southern California the same year, taught law, was Pro-Tem Superior Court Judge. He is a former counsel U.S. Board of Economic Warfare, member U.S. War Production Board Program Adjustment Committee (1942-43), former U.S. diplomat, attache, legal advisor U.S. Embassy, Madrid, Spain (1943-47), former U.S. representative Allied Control Council for Germany (1945-47), former Beverly Hills Councilman and Mayor (1962-66), author and publisher "Insight and Foresight" (Dawn Publications Ltd., Quebec, Canada), "Plain Talk" 1931--.
